Science to Public

The Future of Europe is neither being negotiated by politics, nor by academia nor the European public on their own. The debate is rather fueled by a multilayered discourse with a differentiated field of stakeholders. Against this backdrop, REGIOPARL attached great importance to the transfer of knowledge between academia, politics and society. Research findings were therefore actively disseminated amongst policy makers on the regional, the national and the European level as well as the European public, in order to shape the exchange based on participatory research.

The result are various publications which seek to communicate REGIOPARL content to the public.

Activities

In regularly published blog posts, the REGIOPARL researchers presented their findings, contextualized them and commented on current developments against the backdrop of the EU future debate.

In policy briefs, recommendations were being deducted from the project’s theoretical and empirical research.
